September Update 2025

As autumn arrives, we wanted to share some exciting progress on the renovation. Our fundraising this year has gone from strength to strength, starting with our annual quiz night, which drew a record turnout and raised £707.

Our Gift Day was particularly fruitful too, raising £6,685 through donations and pledges. We are so grateful to God for the sacrifices our little congregation are prepared to make because they are invested in the future.

Combined with grants and other contributions, we’ve now raised £55,980 in total this year, which means we’re able to bring the builders back in November to continue the work.

Coming up: our Bingo Night, rescheduled to 11th October, is teaming up with White Gold Fish and Chips to offer a 20% discount to everyone who comes along. And on 5th December at 4pm we’re hosting Anthony Roberts’ festive adaptation of Dickens, complete with Christmas decorations, refreshments and mince pies.
