About this evening
Storyteller Anthony Roberts performs Charles Dickens’ own words from memory, bringing A Christmas Carol to life as a warm, lively one-man show, with live piano accompaniment from Jamie Cunliffe. Join Scrooge on his night of visitors, memories and second chances, as the story moves from a cold counting-house out onto the streets of old London and back again. A gentle way to begin the season together, and everyone’s welcome.
What we’re raising money for
This evening is in support of our Building for the Future project — renovating our hall, kitchen and toilets, and creating a new meeting room, so we can keep welcoming our church and community for generations to come.
