Want a good surface to roll a toy car along or a terrible surface to play snooker on? You might be looking for the Baptist Church wonky hall floor! We are still busily fundraising in hopes that we can renovate before it gets much worse!
A massive thank you to everyone who has helped. So far, your kind support and donations have raised nearly £16,000, since November 2018.
From market stalls, to music evenings, we have been enjoying our fundraising events to help create a fantastic new facility in the heart of our village. We know that our Tuesday toddler group and our Friday Youth Club will love it, but we are hoping to develop support groups and maybe even a community café in the years to come, so more and more people can benefit.
Coming up, look out for our quiz night Sat 9 th Nov, a possible comedy night and continued opportunities to buy our lovely handmade soaps, shampoo, candles etc.
We have a long way to go before we hit our £110,000 total, but hopefully with your support and with the help of a few grants, our dream can become a reality.
